Don't panic! It's an autorisation that means your funds have been reserved, but not debited.
After cancelling the payment, your funds should come back within 10 working days, but are typically reflected back in your account in 2-3 working days -depending of the reactivity of your bank.
Or you can simply call your bank in order to cancel the authorisation and the funds will automatically come back.
Your bank should be able to update you on the status of your autorisation. If they say that they need anything from us (such as an ARN code) to speed things up, we're happy to help where we can! Before contacting the support please contact your bank in order to cancel the current autorisation.
