Didn’t receive your XRP on your wallet ? Two possibilities:
Either you didn’t add the required Destination Tag or added an incorrect one; in this case you’ll need to contact the exchange/wallet where you sent the funds in order to retrieve your funds.
Or you sent XRP to a XRP wallet address that is not activated. One of the XRP Protocol requirements is to have at least 20 XRP in your Ripple wallet in order to activate your address and send the entire balance. Then your address is live and your XRP will show up automatically in the future. This is a one-time Ripple requirement that all users have to deal with. In this case you’ll need to contact the exchange/wallet where you sent the funds, and they should credit your account accordingly.
